South East Area Groups Meeting, 30th May 2015

This year's meeting will be held on Saturday 30th May 2015 at:

Woking Miniature Railway (Mizens Railway),
Barrs Lane,
Knaphill,
Surrey
GU21 2JW

Between 12 noon and 1.30pm BBQ lunches and train rides will be offered on the extensive Mizens Railway 7¼" gauge railway, hopefully hauled by L&B steam loco 'YEO' built by the late L&BR Trust member David Bradbury.

Colonel Stephens Society visit Chelfham

Members of the Colonel Stephens Society (an organisation set up to record, observe and promote light railways around the UK) visited North Devon over the weekend of 16/17th May. After following the route of the Torrington-Halwill Junction Railway on the Saturday, some members enjoyed a social evening of skittles with the L&BR volunteers.
