Thank you to those who have shared our Virtual Exmoor Visitor Survey already. We have opted to share the initial interim results to help those planning for re-opening, (especially as we expect the government to provide further details on plans for lifting at least some of the restrictions on the hospitality sector imminently).
The support for our ‘On Track’ appeal has been excellent – to date. Currently the total - including Gift Aid – stands at over £26,000. A very good result so far! This will help towards the costs that have and will continue to build up due to COVID-19.
Many thanks to all of you who have contributed to this vital appeal.
Re-opening the Railway, when possible, will involve all sorts of requirements including social-distancing, wider separation on the train and well as in any of our refreshment areas.
Roger Bye continues the story of the heritage station lamps.

This week we will look in more detail at the work Dave has been doing recently and continues at home during the current restrictions.
Roger Bye has put together this feature regarding the “heritage” lighting at Woody Bay. Part 2 will feature details of the work involved in producing the lanterns.
