Pictures of work undertaken on Sunday 30th January. Note the new railings panel between the signal cabin and station building and outside awards plaque position for the NHRA ceremony.....

See the 3 photographs below that depict the improvements made to the railway's paint shop facility at Woody Bay, which includes:

• The concrete floor within the shed has been leveled and extended;
• New metal and wooden doors have been fitted to replace the old curtain;
• A small drain has been provided at the far end; and
• Electrical power sockets and lights have been moved as required.

Finally, the area was given a good tidy up.

A Clock for the Railway's Extension

Various peripheral items need to be sourced for use at our future stations required for the railway’s extension. For example, we already have in store an original signal box desk, lever frames, signals, Electric Train Tablet instruments, and platform lanterns.
