A quiet, cold day at Woody Bay!

Todays volunteers were kept busy inside and outside with a variety of jobs on offer.

Paint Shop Boy!

1. Barrie Cann has been sanding down all the droplight windows of Carriage No.17 prior to finishing. Jim Pounds and Geoff Long were also engaged on this task.

2. Waiting for the works train. The track gang poised to load their equipment onto the wagon.

3. The resleepering work continues in the Exmoor mist.

4. The gang is joined today by Steve Walker (left) visiting from Nottingham in advance of the forthcoming working weekend. Alongside him is a regular volunteer from Tiverton - Chris Shields.

5. Today, sleepers were replaced either side of the occupation crossing. Still several more to do over the winter.
