PECO 009 carriages in L&B livery

I have to say that they look really nice, and are well worth the long wait!

The brown bodyshell is a matt finish, whilst the overprinted white panels are shinier.  If like me your preference is for slightly shinier finishes when new, that is easily altered with some varnish.  The shades match the actual heritage coaches at WB quite accurately.

The evidence from the L&B livery - in particular the almost invisible white window surrounds suggests that Peco can now print with great accuracy - the brass door sills are a particularly nice touch!

I am sure many will purchase these, but would urge any waverers to order these models now - even as static models they are extremely attractive.

Each one of these models is truly "rolling publicity" for the revived L&B.Who can quibble with that?
