Mothers' Day

After a week of bright and sunny early spring weather, the L&B  operated over the weekend for the Mother's Day specials. AXE with the 3 carriages performed faultlessly.

On Sunday, the good weather brought out the visitors - many with their mothers in tow to claim their free ride. The final passenger journey count for the day was 230,with both gift shop and catering recording healthy sales figures.
