Today saw the passing of the annual North Devon Mini Run at Woody Bay Station. The Minis congregate every year at Ilfracombe and drive in convoy to Lynmouth, and return.
The colourful procession passed Woody Bay Station twice this afternoon, with much exchanging of horns and whistles between cars and locomotive Statfold. A number of spectators watched on from the station as Minis continued to pass for up to twenty minutes.
This afternoon also saw a visit from an early 1930s Rolls Royce, which fitted in very well with the scene at the station...
