
Lord Faulkner of Worcester (left), the President of the Heritage Railway Association, Tony Nicholson, and to the right Lord Elis-Thomas, the first Presiding Officer of the National Assembly for Wales, presented the L&B with the award for the best railway society magazine for the smaller heritage railways during the HRA dinner at Criccieth on 24 September 2011. The gentleman at the back is Clifford Jones, organiser of the HRA Publications Competition.
