Park and Ride operations at Blackmoor Gate

1. The car park at Blackmoor with some of the team.

2. Bus Captain, Thames Valley Area Group Leader Mike Pearce hands out leaflets and gives a talk on each journey to Woody Bay.

3. Qualified bus driver, and regular L&BR volunteer, Keith Lamprey takes over for the drivers lunch break.

5. Visiting original Manning Wardle loco LEW all the way from Brazil? Actually LYD from  the Ffestiniog Railway but especially re-branded and renamed just for this Gala.

9. Our brilliant bar-team suitably dressed as Victorians - ready for their next customers.


10. Green locomotives! ISAAC, AXE and FAITH outside the shed.

11. & 12. A line up of all 5 steam locomotives at Woody Bay. LEW, LYN, ISAAC, AXE and FAITH.

13. Dressed in Victorian attire, the ever smiling Lindsay Palmer (one of the many Gala organisers), enjoys the First Class compartment of newly-arrived Carriage No.5.
