Eric Leslie visits Woody Bay

Eric Leslie came up to Woody Bay over Easter (18 April) with his wife and daughter. It was the first time he had been able to get up to the Station since he suffered a stroke last November. Everyone was delighted to see him and we all hope that he makes a complete recovery in the fullness of time.

 

Eric, a well established local artist, and long-time supporter of the L&B, has produced many of the illustrations used in the L&B Magazines and various books produced about the L&B and other railways.
