Best Visitor Attraction

At the recent Visit Exmoor annual awards held in Dunster, the Lynton & Barnstaple Railway was shortlisted for the award of Best Visitor Attraction.

The Lynton & Barnstaple Railway finished as a runner-up, however we are pleased to congratulate our nearby friends on the West Somerset Railway who did manage to win the title.

The other runner-up was the nearby Exmoor Zoo.

However as neither the West Somerset Railway or Exmoor Zoo are actually on Exmoor, I guess the L&B is the actual true winner
