Volunteer Guard Steve Ball congratulating nine-year-old Harry Pitcher of Bristol for being the 250,000th passenger to travel on the Lynton & Barnstaple Railway since it reopened in 2004.
Harry likes to go to Woody Bay as often as he can. "He's having a wonderful time," said his mother. "Everyone's so friendly here."
