Martyn Budd was busy using the mini digger to tidy up the sidings at Killington Lane

 
 
1 Trimming the grass between the headshunt and transhipment siding at Killington Lane
 


2 Tidying the overgrown gorse and fence line

 


3 The final cut at Killington Lane Halt.


Meanwhile Thursday gang members Peter Sugden, Dave Tooke, Nigel Thompson and Martin Andrews sorted out lengths of rail and points in store at Killington Lane. Also, a partially regauged ex MOD turnout was moved to site to enable its complete regauging later in the year.




1 Peter, Dave and Martin wait while Nigel decides which rails to move first.



2. Nigel starts to manhandle the rails onto  the sleepers prior to regauging.

 


3 The partially regauged left-hand turnout now positioned ready for completion later in the year.
