L&BR East Group AGM

To be held at Eight Ash Green Village Hall Commencing at 13:00 - all L&BR Trust Members will be welcome. refreshments will be available.

Nominations are requested for the post of Chairman, Deputy Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer and 5 Committee Members.

Nomination forms are available from Steve Arthurs

Nomination forms must be signed by the candidate and 2 members of the L&BR Trust. Forms need to be returned by 18th May to the return address on the nomination form.

Other subjects for the AGM include: the past years events, an update on future plans for the group and carriages to be built.
